Shipping and digital delivery policy

Digital purchases

Digital files or access instructions are emailed after purchase. There is no physical shipment for digital-only purchases. Contact info@aerialdesign.co if you need help receiving or opening your purchase.

Printed books

Our paperbacks are printed to order by Lulu Direct. Printing happens before shipping. Lulu Direct generally estimates 3–5 business days for production after an order enters production. This is Lulu's typical production estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery date. Weekends, holidays, demand and production conditions can affect timing.

Allow printing time in addition to the carrier transit estimate shown at checkout. A faster shipping method affects transit time and does not remove print-production time. Transit depends on the shipping method and destination; production and delivery estimates can change.

Available destinations, shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Digital and printed items in the Complete Collection are delivered separately. Tracking information is provided when available after the printed book ships.

Check your delivery address before ordering. Email info@aerialdesign.co immediately if a correction or cancellation is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun. Contact us if the estimated delivery date passes or you have a delivery problem. We will notify you of material dispatch delays and provide any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
